Properties for sale in Berkshire 'doing well'

Housing developer Taylor Wimpey has announced its houses for sale in Bracknell Forest are popular among
local residents.
Its collection of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and
four-bedroom houses in Berkshire - built as part of a long-awaited
property development scheme - have proved popular with around half
of them already being sold.
The development scheme has proved well-liked with locals who want
houses with central heating, double glazing and a fully fitted
kitchen in a woodland setting and a location close to amenities,
the company said.
According to the Taylor Wimpey website: "Bracknell and its
surrounding area has an interesting and varied history, with some
fascinating local sites to be visited ranging from an Iron Age
Hillfort to areas of the town centre."
Prices for the houses start from £224,995 while two-bedroom
apartments are on sale from £179,995.
Last week, Taylor Wimpey announced its plans to build 112 homes as
part of a major development expansion in Loddon in
Norfolk.
